What we collect
When you request a proposal, we collect your name, organization, role, work email, phone number if you provide it, location, number of sites, the services you are interested in, your description of the requirement and preferred timing. When you email us about careers or partnership, we receive what you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a discovery call or site assessment, prepare a proposal, and assess job or partner applications. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Your inquiry is delivered to our team by email through a form-delivery service, and our email is hosted by Microsoft. These providers process the information on our behalf. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case your agreement sets how long records are kept.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond promptly. You can also contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

We will post any changes to this notice on this page with a new date.
